One of the challenges to this job was to protect the football field while driving two cranes weighing over 200,000 pounds. Imperial placed matting down on the field to protect the irrigation system six inches below the grass. Imperial also hoisted the glass curtain walls from the exterior of the Field to complete the scoreboard project. With the scoreboards in place, this will be new and exciting season for Bears fans.
