Imperial Crane Hired to Remove Chicago’s Historic Water Tower
Multiple cranes were on-site during the removal of the historic water tower from the Goldblatt Brothers Department Store building. Imperial removed a 40,000 pound tank that began on a Saturday morning and continued into the night. A replica of this tower is set to be replaced in 2018.
